How is the price calculated?

From the material your model uses and the time it takes to print, with the quality, infill and quantity you choose. You see the price a few seconds after upload.

Why is my price marked ≈?

It is an estimate: the full check of the model is not finished yet, or the model needs a look from us. The price on the invoice is final.

Do I pay when I order?

No. We first review the order and then email you a prepayment invoice, to be paid by bank transfer within 7 days. We start printing when the payment arrives. If you do not pay, the order simply expires.

How long does it take?

Checkout shows the expected print date for your order, based on our current queue. After that, delivery takes as long as the carrier you choose.

Where do you deliver?

To the countries and by the methods shown at checkout, with their prices, before you order. In the Baltics this includes parcel lockers. You can also collect your order for free: Riga, by appointment.

Which files can I upload?

STL, 3MF and OBJ, up to 100 MB each, in millimetres. One part can be up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm. File guidelines

What happens to my files?

We use them only to price and make your order and do not share them. Models you never order are deleted after 14 days. Privacy policy

Can I cancel an order?

Before you pay, yes, at no cost. After payment, until printing starts, write to us and we refund everything you paid. Each part is made to your specification, so after that there is no 14-day right of withdrawal.

What if a part arrives faulty?

Write to us within 2 months of finding the defect, with the order number and photos. Usually we print the part again. Legal guarantee

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. Packaging and delivery are added at checkout.

Can I order as a company?

Yes. Enter your company details at checkout, and they appear on the invoice.
