How an order works

The price shown online is an offer that becomes binding when we confirm the order and send a prepayment invoice. Before that we may ask for changes or decline the order.

Price and payment

Prices are in euro. Payment is made by bank transfer in advance within the term shown on the invoice. We start production after the payment arrives. Unpaid orders expire.

Delivery

Delivery time depends on the print queue and the carrier. Risk passes to you when you or a person you name receives the parcel.

Withdrawal

Printed parts are made to your specification. For goods made to a consumer specification, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. Your right to a remedy for faulty goods is not affected.

Quality and complaints

3D printed parts show layer lines and may differ slightly from the digital model. Tell us about any defect by email with photos and we will reprint the part or refund it.

Your files

You confirm that you have the right to print each model. We use your files only to fulfil your order.
